Finance Analyst Graduate – Graduate Rotational Program
Location: Belgrade, Serbia
About the Program
We are looking for ambitious, curious, and high-potential graduates to join our Finance Analyst Graduate Rotational Program in Belgrade. This program is designed to give early-career professionals broad exposure to Finance through structured rotations across different teams, helping them build strong technical capabilities, business understanding, and practical experience in a global finance environment.
Each rotation lasts nine months, and the full program includes between two and four rotations, depending on business needs, individual development goals, performance, interests, and qualifications. Participants will have the opportunity to explore different areas of Finance and develop a well-rounded foundation for future career growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Support financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis activities, depending on the assigned rotation.
- Prepare, review, and analyze financial data to support business decision-making and management reporting.
- Assist with month-end close, variance analysis, reconciliations, controls, and process documentation relevant to the assigned team.
- Contribute to business reviews, presentations, dashboards, and ad hoc analysis for Finance leaders and business stakeholders.
- Work with Finance systems, data tools, and reporting platforms to improve data accuracy, visibility, and efficiency.
- Participate in process improvement, automation, control, and transformation initiatives.
- Build relationships across Finance teams and develop an understanding of how different Finance functions support the broader organization.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks, demonstrate curiosity, and proactively seek learning opportunities throughout the program.
What We Are Looking For
- Recent graduate or final-year student in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Data Analytics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, with attention to detail and a willingness to work with data.
- Good understanding of core finance and accounting concepts; prior internship or project experience in Finance is an advantage.
- Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with Power BI, data analytics tools, ERP systems, or financial reporting platforms is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain financial information clearly.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Curiosity, ownership mindset, adaptability, and motivation to learn across different Finance disciplines.
- Ability to work effectively in teams and collaborate with stakeholders across functions and locations.
