Location: Serbia, Talcom Hub in Novi SadWorking closely with the team of Terberg Automotive in the NetherlandsTalcom already supports Terberg with engineers in the Support Team, Server Team, Dynamics Support Team and the Data Team, which means you will join an established and sizeable group of colleagues who are already contributing to Terberg projects daily.About the Role
Talcom is expanding its dedicated engineering hub in Serbia for Terberg Automotive.
Terberg Automotive develops software embedded in its vehicles and machines, enabling real-time communication between onboard systems and desktop environments at customer locations. This allows customers to monitor vehicle usage, location, and performance in real time.
The core software team is based in the Netherlands and continues to grow as the company invests in connected solutions. From the Talcom Hub in Serbia, you will work as an integrated part of this international engineering setup.

Key Responsibilities
- Translate functional and technical requirements into scalable software solutions
- Design and develop new features across frontend and middleware layers
- Maintain and improve existing systems within the Connected Services landscape
- Contribute to architectural discussions and propose technical improvements
- Ensure code quality, documentation, and maintainability
- Collaborate closely with product owners, engineers, and technical leads in the Netherlands

Profile
- Proven experience in frontend development with backend or middleware integration
- Strong knowledge of modern web technologies
- Experience with Azure or other cloud platforms is a plus
- Comfortable working in an international environment
- Able to work independently while contributing to a team
- Analytical and structured approach to development
