Data & System Analyst

Location: Hybrid work, with an expectation of 2–3 days per week in the office to support team collaboration. The specific days will be agreed within the team.

Assignment

Overview

Support the development, operation and continuous improvement of HR systems, HR data and reporting solutions within the company.

The assignment focuses on translating HR business requirements into reliable system and reporting solutions, ensuring data quality, performing system testing, supporting users, and contributing to more standardized and efficient HR processes and tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage and validate HR data, ensuring quality, consistency and transparency.
• Develop and maintain HR reports and dashboards based on business needs.
• Translate HR requirements into functional system and reporting solutions.
• Support testing, releases and enhancements of HR systems and reporting solutions.
• Identify opportunities for standardization, simplification and automation.
• Provide functional support, documentation and guidance to HR users.

Education (Must Have/Nice To Have):

Must Have

• University degree or equivalent education in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, HR, Data Analytics, Information Systems, IT, or similar.

Nice to Have

• Additional education or training within Data Analytics, BI, Data Governance, HR IT, or Enterprise Reporting.

Experience (Must Have/Nice To Have):

Must Have

• Experience or good knowledge within Data Analytics, BI, Data Governance, HR IT or Enterprise Reporting.
• Experience with SAP-based HR applications and analytics solutions, for example SuccessFactors, Datasphere or SAC, or equivalent systems.
• Good skills in SQL and Excel.
• Knowledge of data modelling, data quality and business analysis.
• Experience working with enterprise applications and data, preferably within an HR environment.

Nice to Have

• Good skills in Power BI.
• Understanding of SAP HR data models and enterprise integrations. Deep SAP configuration knowledge is not required.
• Knowledge of Python.
• Knowledge of automation, for example Power Automate, scripting or AI-assisted reporting.

The role requires analytical capability, structured problem solving and the ability to collaborate effectively with HR, HR Controlling, IT and other relevant stakeholders.
