This is an extension of our Project Management team, and you will work alongside Project Management colleagues (employees and consultants) that are experienced in our production and project execution processes.

You’ll take full ownership of project execution – from Gate 0 Project kick-off to Gate 6 Project close-out, ensuring optimized solutions are reaching our Manufacturing unit in smooth handover while securing compliance with internal standards, timelines, and budget. To succeed in this role, you bring first-hand experience from industrial project management, including machinery investments and infrastructure-related installations (e.g. electricity, ventilation, construction). You enjoy working close to operations and confidently navigating project risks- technical and commercial.

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Lead and deliver mid-size to large scale investment projects about 5-25 milion sek, ensuring quality, budget, and time targets are met.
  • Manage project resources and risks in an effective, transparent and professional manner.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement in the field of project execution, by sharing knowledge and driving defined improvement activities.
  • Represent the project in internal and external forums, including inspection/verification activities at supplier, stakeholder meetings, and formal project close-out.

You are located in Västerås on our production site on Finnslätten. Since you are a part of the production and have projects going on this in an on-site employment.

Qualifications for the role

  • At least 3 years of solid experience in project management and industrial investments – ideally including customized machinery equipment in combination with automation solutions.
  • Strong passion for investment and industrialization projects and capability of handling multiple projects (~2-3) in parallel.
  • Significant knowledge of project planning (e.g. MS Project, WBS Scheduler), cost follow-up and budgeting (e.g. SAP), as well as RFQ processes, supplier negotiations, stakeholder communication, and risk management.
  • A bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or other relevant post-secondary education, combined with a proven ability to deliver results in technical project environments.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English, written and spoken.
  • Driver’s license B.

What’s in it for you?

We empower you to take initiative, challenge ideas, and lead with confidence. You’ll grow through meaningful work, continuous learning, and support that’s tailored to your goals. Every idea you share and every action you take contributes to something bigger.
