Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Operations Executive to support daily sales operations and administrative activities. The successful candidate will work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure smooth business operations and efficient order processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide operational and administrative support to the sales team.
• Process sales orders, quotations, purchase orders and other sales-related documents.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers and internal departments on order status, delivery schedules and related matters.
• Maintain accurate sales records, customer information and documentation.
• Prepare sales reports and update sales data using Microsoft Excel.
• Follow up on customer enquiries, outstanding orders and delivery arrangements.
• Assist with invoicing and other sales administration matters.
• Monitor order progress and resolve operational issues in a timely manner.
• Perform other sales operations duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Relevant experience in sales operations, sales coordination or sales administration is preferred.
• Good command of written and spoken English, with the ability to use English as a working language.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Responsible, proactive and willing to learn.
