- Manage the Airfreight team and oversee end-to-end daily operations.
- Take ownership of key Airfreight decisions and ensure effective operational execution.
- Monitor operational performance to ensure efficient workflow and consistent service standards.
- Lead and support the team in achieving operational and customer service objectives.
- Coordinate with internal teams, airlines, customers and relevant stakeholders on operational matters.
- Provide hands-on operational support when required to maintain smooth business operations.
- Resolve operational issues and escalations promptly, with appropriate follow-up and corrective action.
