Application Support Manager - In-house / Javascript/ Project Management

Responsibilties:

• Manage IT project lifecycles from initiation through delivery, ensuring timelines, milestones and deliverables are met.
• Coordinate and manage third-party vendors, including sprint cycles, daily stand-ups and project blockers.
• Act as the key bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, providing project updates and risk assessments.
• Develop and maintain high-performance web applications using modern frontend architectures.
• Design and develop backend services, REST APIs and data models connecting web systems with internal databases.
• Build and maintain automated workflows and business integrations using enterprise applications.
• Provide L2/L3 application support, troubleshooting application failures, script errors and production issues.
• Conduct root-cause analysis using system logs, error metrics and database records, and implement hotfixes or patches.
• Manage Agile/Scrum/Kanban processes, project tracking and resource allocation while remaining hands-on with technical development.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant experience with proven project management/team leadership experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript, Node.js, React.js, Vue.js and Astro.js.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum/Kanban and project tools such as Jira, GitHub, Confluence or Asana.
• Practical experience with Microsoft Power Automate, Git workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong English communication, leadership and multitasking skills, with the ability to combine PM, development and application support responsibilities.
