What You’ll Be Involved In

• Review architectural drawings, floor plans, layouts and design proposals

• Support campus redevelopment planning, feasibility studies and space planning
• Evaluate different design and infrastructure options and recommend practical solutions
• Translate user and operational requirements into planning and design briefs
• Work closely with architects, consultants, engineers, QS, contractors and public agencies
• Coordinate multidisciplinary stakeholders throughout planning and design stages
• Review proposals for functionality, technical feasibility and regulatory compliance
• Support cost, space and infrastructure considerations during project planning
• Prepare planning recommendations, presentations, reports and business cases
• Contribute to the development of a future-ready, sustainable and patient-centric healthcare campus
