Assistant Electrical Test Engineer

Responsibilities

- Lead technicians and supervisors intesting LV switchboards and power distribution boards.

- Ensure testing checklists, procedures,safety standards, and quality requirements are followed.

- Conduct FAT/FWT and in-house testing,including visual and torque inspections.

- Develop training on safety, testingprocedures, and troubleshooting for new staff and products.

- Manage testing equipment calibration,defects, and replacements.

- Support RCA/CAPA activities andcontinuous quality improvement.

- Coordinate with Project Management toreview testing methods and ensure project compliance.

Requirements

- Diploma/Degree in Electrical, E&E, orMechatronic Engineering with relevant electrical engineering experience

- Able to read electrical schematics andSingle Line Diagrams (SLD).

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, includingWord and Excel.
