Assistant Manager, Total Rewards (Payroll, C&B and Claims/East) (ID: 713852)

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely statutory submissions.

• Administer compensation and benefits, including salary reviews, bonuses, insurance, and employee benefit programs.

• Review and approve employee claims, ensuring compliance with company policies and controls.

• Maintain HRIS data integrity, payroll records, reporting, and system updates.

• Conduct salary benchmarking, market analysis, and support the development of compensation structures.

• Analyze workforce costs and provide rewards-related insights and recommendations to management.

• Drive process improvements, automation, and HR transformation initiatives for payroll, claims, and rewards functions.

• Lead or support HR projects and other assignments to achieve organizational objectives.

Requirements

• Degree in relevant studies.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with regional exposure.

• Hands-on experience in regional payroll processing, salary benchmarking, and C&B administration.

• Strong knowledge of payroll compliance, HRIS systems, and compensation structure development.
