AV Service Engineer

The

Responsibilities

For this role, you will be traveling from sites to sites; be responsible for maintaining, operating and troubleshooting client’s AV / VC systems. You will act as the first contact point on all advisory matters pertaining to our client’s system. You will also be the pillar of support for our clients during key events and meetings.

From time to time, you may have to support the Engineering team for other related duties.

The Pre-Requisites:

• Preferably at least two years of experience in the operation, engineering and / or installation of AV systems. A strong knowledge of audio, video and networking engineering fundamentals.
• Experience of touch screen based control systems and video conferencing technology.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Positive attitude and incredible work ethics
• Team player and can work independently.
• Demonstrate a good level of negotiation and communication skills, both internally and with external clients.
• Drive to exceed expectations and in delivering excellence.
