Job description
Reports to: Partner
Location: Singapore
Core responsibilities
- Maintain and update the deal pipeline tracker, portfolio company data, and market/competitor intelligence databases
- Build and maintain financial models, comparables tables, and data visualizations to support the Investment team's analysis (not authoring investment theses or final recommendations)
- Consolidate portfolio company KPI reporting into periodic (monthly/quarterly) performance packs for review by Investment Professionals
- Conduct desk research — market sizing, industry trends, competitive landscape — to support due diligence, under supervision
- Support LP reporting by compiling data and maintaining reporting dashboards
- Coordinate documentation flow between deal teams, legal, and finance during due diligence and post-investment monitoring
- Maintain and improve internal analytics tools/dashboards tracking fund and portfolio metrics
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
- 3–5 years of relevant analytical/data support experience
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets and data visualization skills
- High attention to detail; comfortable working with structured and unstructured data
