Business Ops & Projects Executive | Power BI / Data Analytics @ Geylang Bahru~

Salary: $4,200 – $4,800 per month

Duration: 1 year, extendable/convertible

Working Location: Kallang Sector (may need to standby to work at Tengah site on Saturday for operational requirements)

Working hours: 08.30am – 6.00pm (Monday to Friday), Required to work alternate Saturday (Time off will be given)

About the role

We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented team player who enjoys keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. In this role, you'll provide administrative and project support to the team — helping ensure billing, reporting, and governance work seamlessly across the organization. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, using data to support informed decision-making while balancing hands-on execution, team supervision, and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project support activities and key milestones
• Monitor project financials and relevant processes
• Manage billing and payment collection
• Manage the digital e-services available on the website and app
• Manage reports and dashboards for management update
• Analyze trends to spot issues, opportunities, and improvement areas
• Support the management team with project coordination and day-to-day tasks
• Work with internal and cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables are aligned and on schedule
• Provide support on billing processes
• Develop and ensure timely update of SOPs that support the business

About you

• 3 to 6 years of experience in relevant scope of work
• Good IT and system capability, with experience developing dashboards, tools, and digital solutions that support business operations
• Good leadership and influencing skills, with ability to support the reporting line in drive change across diverse team
• Good analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Familiarity with workplace tools (e.g. MS excel, MS powerpoint, Power BI, CRM systems)
• Detail oriented and comfortable juggling multiple tasks
• Curious, analytical, and eager to learn
• Proactive and confident taking ownership in a small team
• Collaborative, communicative, and reliable
• Strong sense of integrity and accountability
