Community Manager
Job description
We're looking for an experienced Community Manager to lead the rollout of a large-scale professional training and community programme supporting within the government digital ecosystem.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in training programme management, learning operations, stakeholder coordination or professional community engagement.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end rollout of the BA/PM training programme, including participant segmentation, cohort planning and scheduling.
- Coordinate trainers, course materials, venues, equipment, system access and logistics to ensure smooth programme delivery.
- Manage registration, cohort allocation, attendance, participant communications, reminders and follow-ups.
- Build and sustain an active BA/PM professional community through networking, knowledge-sharing and post-training engagement activities.
- Track participation, feedback and learning outcomes, working with stakeholders to continuously improve the programme and participant experience.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in community management, training operations, programme management/coordination, L&D or related areas.
- Experience managing training programmes, professional learning initiatives, multiple cohorts or large participant groups.
- Strong planning, stakeholder management, communication and organisational skills.
- Able to coordinate multiple workstreams, trainers, participants and stakeholders while maintaining strong attention to detail.
- Experience with learner/participant management, LMS platforms, training logistics, events or programme evaluation would be advantageous.
