Customer Quality Engineer

Responsibilities

• Act as the main technical contact for customer quality issues, enquiries, and reviews.
• Manage customer complaints and quality claims from start to resolution.
• Lead customer audit preparation, follow-up, and quality documentation compliance.
• Monitor customer quality performance, defect trends, and yield impact.
• Coordinate engineering/project changes, approvals, and implementation.
• Support process and product improvement initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Participate in NPI and design reviews to ensure customer quality requirements are properly implemented.
• Ensure compliance with QMS, EHS, and relevant procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or above.
• 5+ years of QA experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in the medical industry is an advantage.
• Certified Internal Auditor qualification is an advantage.
• Experience handling nonconforming products, quality disposition, 8D reports, and audit documentation.
