The Opportunity:
- Permanent Role

Adecco is partnering with a Global MNC Manufacturer
The Job:
- Ensure full compliance with corporate policies, government regulations, and statutory requirements related to Environmental, Health, Safety (EHS), and Quality Management Systems.
- Drive and implement EHS initiatives, programs, and continuous improvement activities to reduce workplace incidents, environmental impacts, and operational risks.
- Collaborate with Workplace Safety Officers and stakeholders to review, update, and enforce safe work procedures, incident management processes, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Manage certifications, permits, and licenses, including application renewals, status tracking, regulatory submissions, and coordination with certification bodies for audits and assessments.
- Ensure all facility-related licenses and certifications, including chemical, flammable material storage, and other statutory permits, remain valid and compliant with local authority requirements.
- Monitor industrial hygiene programs, conduct hazard and risk assessments, evaluate hazardous substances, and implement effective control measures to safeguard employee health and safety.
- Prepare, maintain, and manage EHS documentation, records, reports, and compliance materials required for internal audits, external audits, and regulatory inspections.
- Promote a strong safety culture through employee engagement, contractor management, safety campaigns, training programs, safety talks, and consistent leadership in safety-first behaviors.
- Provide EHS guidance and technical support to employees, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders, while advising on engineering and maintenance practices to improve safe systems of work.
- Champion sustainability initiatives by ensuring compliance with environmental regulations, managing mandatory environmental reporting, and supporting waste reduction, energy efficiency, resource conservation, and carbon emission reduction programs.
The Talent:
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering or relevant
- 3 - 5 years EHS experience in Manufacturing, Chemical, Oil & Gas, Pharmaceutical and Oil & Gas sectors
- ISO experience, FSM & WSHO is an advantage
