Engineer, System (Business Analysis and AI) (Ref 26599)

Responsibilities

Project Management

• Lead end-to-end AI driven digitalisation and transformation projects from concept initiation through deployment and sustainment.

• Establish project plans, schedules, budgets, risk registers and implementation roadmaps.

• Ensure successful user adoption through change management, communication and training activities.

Technical Solution Leadership

• Gather, analyse and translate business requirements into technical solution specifications.

• Support development work of key software applications

• Evaluate digital technologies including automation platforms, AI solutions, simulation tools, and data analytics platforms.

• Lead technical discussions with vendors and internal IT teams.

• Support solution architecture reviews, system integration efforts and technical troubleshooting activities.

• A keen eye for new AI solutions and developments.

Business Analysis & Continuous Improvement

• Analyse business processes and operational workflows to identify improvement opportunities.

• Quantify project benefits including productivity gains, cost avoidance, lead-time reduction and quality improvements.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, IT, CS, or any related/relevant disciplines.

• Minimum 3-4 years of relevant working experience. Proven track record in working with AI solutions covering digitalisation, automation, or transformation projects.

• Experience leading cross-functional teams and engaging senior stakeholders.
