Job description

Events Manager – Luxury & Retail Brand Experiences

Location:

Central Singapore

Salary: S$5,000 – S$6,000 per month

Employment Type: Permanent

Industry: Events / Experiential / Brand Activations

About the Role

Our client is a growing experiential and events agency working with luxury, retail, beauty, fashion, and premium brands to create high-quality brand experiences and activations.

They are looking for an experienced Events Manager who can take ownership of projects from planning through to production and on-site execution.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working beyond the traditional event-management function — overseeing physical builds, carpentry, installations, layouts, materials, finishes, and premium branded merchandise while ensuring every detail meets the required brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of luxury, retail, and experiential brand projects.
  • Manage physical production including carpentry, fabrication, booths, displays, and installations.
  • Coordinate layout plans, drawings, materials, finishes, and production requirements.
  • Manage premium merchandise, corporate gifts, and branded merchandise production locally and overseas.
  • Coordinate timelines, budgets, suppliers, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
  • Oversee on-site setup, execution, troubleshooting, and dismantling where required.
  • Monitor production quality and ensure all deliverables meet strict client and brand guidelines.
  • Proactively manage project challenges and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience
  • in events, experiential marketing, retail activations, luxury brands, or a related field.
  • Strong project management experience with the ability to manage projects from planning through execution.
  • Hands-on experience with carpentry, fabrication, physical production, booths, or installations.
  • Experience managing premium merchandise, branded products, corporate gifts, or swag production.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high standard of quality control.
  • Excellent organizational and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines while remaining calm and accountable under pressure.
  • A hands-on and proactive approach, with the ability to take ownership rather than simply coordinate.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in the following areas will be highly regarded:

  • Luxury, beauty, fashion, or premium retail brands
  • Retail activations and experiential marketing
  • Exhibition and event production
  • Regional projects and overseas production
  • China-based production and supplier management
  • Working with technical drawings, materials, fabrication, and installation teams

Why Join?

  • Work on high-profile luxury and retail brand experiences.
  • Take genuine end-to-end ownership
  • of projects.
  • Gain exposure to premium brands, physical production, and experiential campaigns.
  • Join a growing agency with opportunities to take on greater responsibility as the business expands.
