About the Client

Our client, an international private equity firm, is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support several Managing Directors. This role calls for someone with high emotional intelligence, strong stakeholder management skills and sound judgement, who can navigate different working styles while managing demanding calendars and complex international travel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide dedicated executive support to CEO and several Managing Directors, adapting to their individual working styles and anticipating their needs.
  • Manage complex calendars across multiple time zones, balancing competing priorities and resolving scheduling conflicts with tact and diplomacy.
  • Coordinate international travel, including multi-city itineraries, flights, accommodation, ground transport and visa arrangements.
  • Handle last-minute changes and travel disruptions calmly and efficiently.
  • Build effective relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders, including investors, advisers and portfolio company executives.
  • Act as a trusted point of contact, managing requests professionally and exercising discretion over access, priorities and sensitive information.
  • Prepare meeting materials, maintain accurate itineraries and ensure the Managing Directors are well briefed.
  • Manage expense claims and other administrative matters accurately and promptly.

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience supporting multiple senior executives in a demanding environment.
  • Experience within private equity, investment management, investment banking or professional services would be advantageous.
  • High emotional intelligence, with the ability to read situations, respond thoughtfully and navigate different personalities and expectations.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to clarify priorities, manage expectations and push back diplomatically when necessary.
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating complex international travel and schedules across time zones.
  • Highly organised, proactive and resourceful, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Composed under pressure, with sound judgement and a strong sense of confidentiality.
  • Comfortable handling urgent schedule changes and occasional matters outside regular working hours.
