Executive Driver cum Director’s Assistant

We are looking for a reliable and responsible Executive Driver cum Director’s Assistant

to support the Director in daily transportation, business coordination and general administrative matters.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide safe and reliable transportation for the Director to meetings, appointments, project sites and other locations.
• Plan daily routes and ensure timely arrival at all destinations.
• Assist the Director with daily schedule coordination and general arrangements.
• Liaise and coordinate with clients, suppliers and business partners when required.
• Assist with collection and delivery of documents, materials and other business-related items.
• Accompany the Director to meetings or project sites when necessary.
• Follow up on simple administrative and coordination matters assigned by the Director.
• Maintain the vehicle in a clean, tidy and roadworthy condition.
• Arrange vehicle servicing, maintenance, inspections and other related matters when required.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the Director’s business and personal matters.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Director.
• Requirements
• Must possess a valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence.
• Good and safe driving record.
• Familiar with Singapore roads and locations.
• Minimum 4 years of driving experience in Singapore preferred.
• Previous experience as a Personal Driver, Executive Driver, Chauffeur or similar role will be an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to communicate professionally with clients, suppliers and business partners.
• Responsible, punctual, trustworthy and well-organised.
• Able to work independently and handle ad-hoc arrangements.
• Basic English communication skills required.
• Mandarin-speaking ability will be an advantage for communication with Mandarin-speaking clients and suppliers.
• Able to work flexible hours when required.
