Job description
Support HRMS and payroll vendor evaluation and selection.
Lead HR functional requirements, system configuration, integrations and UAT.
Oversee payroll controls, data migration, validation and go-live readiness.
Drive change management, user training and post-implementation support.
Support the review, enhancement and implementation of employee benefits programmes.
Coordinate with HR, Finance, IT and external vendors on transformation projects.
Maintain project documentation, governance, compliance and audit readiness
