Key Responsibilities

• Provide backend system support via remote tools, phone and email
• Perform transaction checks and troubleshoot system issues
• Monitor system functions and review system reports
• Investigate and rectify settlement discrepancies
• Assist with software upgrades and system maintenance

Requirements

• Experience in remote support tools and applications preferred
• MS SQL basic knowledge/ use experience
