Junior ICT Product Manager

We are seeking a Junior ICT Product Manager to support the development, implementation and improvement of digital products and ICT solutions for our construction operations.

The successful candidate will work with management, project teams, administrative teams, site personnel and technology vendors to identify operational requirements and support the digitalization of construction-related processes.

The role will focus on improving the way construction projects and business operations use digital systems for project coordination, document management, procurement, reporting, workflow management and operational tracking.

Key Responsibilities

· Support the development and enhancement of digital products and ICT solutions used in construction project and business operations.

· Gather and analyze requirements from project teams, site personnel, administrative staff and management to improve digital workflows.

· Coordinate with software developers and technology vendors to implement, test and enhance digital systems.

· Support digital solutions for construction project tracking, document management, procurement, reporting and workflow coordination.

· Conduct user acceptance testing(UAT), collect user feedback and recommend improvements to digital products and systems.

· Prepare system requirements, product documentation, reports and digital process flows to support the company's construction digitalization initiatives.

Key Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related ICT discipline.

· Master's degree in Information Technology or a related discipline will be an advantage.

· At least 1 year of relevant experience in digital product management, ICT, business analysis or technology-related projects.

· Knowledge of digital product development, requirements gathering and business process analysis.

· Familiarity with user acceptance testing (UAT), system implementation and digital workflow improvement.

· Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work with technical teams, project teams and external technology vendors.
