Job description
- Project Site Management – Oversee daily construction activities, monitor work progress, supervise site engineers, foremen, and labor teams to ensure construction proceeds per approved drawings, technical specifications, and project schedules.
- Schedule & Progress Control – Develop detailed construction schedules, track milestone completion, identify delays, formulate rectification plans, and ensure on-time project delivery. Submit regular progress reports to senior management.
- Quality Control – Conduct on-site quality inspections for civil, structural, MEP, and finishing works. Ensure full compliance with building codes, industry standards, and client requirements. Rectify defective construction works in a timely manner.
- Safety & Compliance Management – Enforce site HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) policies, conduct regular safety briefings and inspections, eliminate potential hazards, and ensure zero major safety incidents. Ensure full compliance with local construction regulatory requirements.
