Job description
As the Manager, Loyalty Experiences MEA APAC, you will play a key role in bringing ALL Accor to life across the region by driving loyalty culture, creating memorable member experiences, and strengthening member engagement. Reporting to the Director, Loyalty Experience MEA APAC, you will
- Lead the development of an AI-enabled loyalty culture across more than 1,000 hotels, empowering Heartists through innovative learning, training, and engagement initiatives.
- Curate and deliver exclusive Limitless Experiences that connect members with their passions through unique events, partnerships, and brand experiences.
- Drive member engagement and loyalty growth by enhancing recognition, optimizing member journeys, and collaborating with CRM, Marketing, and Digital teams.
- Leverage data, customer insights, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities, measure performance, and continuously improve the member experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or a related field, with significant experience in loyalty, customer experience, hospitality, or marketing.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead initiatives across multiple markets and teams.
- Analytical mindset with experience interpreting data, identifying opportunities, and translating insights into actionable strategies. Passion for AI is highly appreciated.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, combined with a passion for customer-centricity, innovation, and emerging technologies.
