Salary: $4,700 – $5,300 per month

Manager / Senior Manager (Gaming Governance)

1-Year Contract | $4,700 - $5,300 per month

Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM, Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

This role supports a major project involving the closure of a large-scale sporting and racing facility. The position focuses on project management, governance, stakeholder coordination, records management, vendor oversight, and operational support to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate project workstreams, ensuring key milestones are delivered on schedule.
  • Engage and collaborate with internal teams, government agencies, suppliers, consultants, and external stakeholders.
  • Manage vendors, consultants, and site inspections/visits.
  • Oversee records management and archival processes, ensuring compliance with governance requirements.
  • Support the development, implementation, and review of policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Manage project administration, including documentation, filing, budget tracking, billing, vendor payments, and timeline monitoring.
  • Coordinate meetings and stakeholder engagements, prepare materials, document key discussions and decisions, and track follow-up actions.
  • Identify, monitor, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Provide administrative and operational support for ad hoc project workstreams.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience.
  • Experience in project management, governance, contract administration, and vendor management.
  • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities.
  • Independent, meticulous, and able to exercise sound judgment in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Ideal Candidate

  • Background in project management, PMO, governance, operations, or business administration.
  • Experience working with government agencies, statutory boards, or highly regulated environments is advantageous.
  • Strong coordination, documentation, compliance, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
