Marketing Manager [CCP for Digital Advertising and Marketing Professionals]

Purpose of role

To own the Company’s marketing in-market and build the demand engine that feeds the sales pipeline — localising and stewarding the brand(s), running the campaign and promotion calendar, owning digital and e- commerce marketing, and generating demand and qualified leads that the BD & Sales team converts across all channels. As the Company distributes rather than manufactures its brands, product development and formulation sit with the brand principal; this role focuses on market-facing demand, brand presence and commercial contribution.

Key responsibilities

• Localise and steward the brand(s) for Singapore and regional markets; own positioning, messaging and the annual marketing calendar aligned to the sales pipeline.

• Plan and run campaigns that create demand and qualified leads across the channel pipeline: hospitals & pharmacies; baby & mother-care; medicinal halls; Guardian & Watsons; hyper/supermarkets; premium childcare centres; hardware stores; industrial/B2B; DTC online; and regional markets.

• Feed the BD & Sales pipeline with trade leads and enquiries, and support new-account launches with go-to-market assets.

• Trade & channel marketing: equip BD with sell-in tools; plan in-store activation, pop-ups and fairs; run channel promotions (mega-sales, festive, bundles).

• Own online demand across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and the DTC site; direct SEO, organic social and content; drive traffic, conversion and online revenue with the e-commerce function.

• Lead communications strategy — PR, influencer/parent-community partnerships, social and always-on content via the Content Creator.

• Lead and develop the marketing team (Content Creator; future SEO hire) and manage agencies/vendors; track market, competitor and campaign performance, and report ROI.
