Media Tech Support Officer

Job Description

• Provide AV, ICT, lighting, audio, and media support for school events and activities.
• Handle photography, videography, and video editing as required.
• Train students and staff in AV equipment operations and troubleshooting.
• Support AV operations during school examinations.
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and inspect AV equipment and systems.
• Assist with the procurement, installation, servicing, and repair of AV equipment.
• Manage the loan of ICT and AV equipment to staff and students.
• Maintain equipment inventory, loan records, maintenance logs, and damage reports.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the school.

Requirements

• Relevant working experience in a school environmentis preferred.
• Experience in AV and media equipment management,maintenance, and inventory control.
• Able to work collaboratively with the ICT team.
• Able to train and guide students in AV and media activities.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
