Medical Sales Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Territory Management: Plan and execute regular visits to clinics, dental practices, community hospitals, and key accounts.
• Product Demonstrations: Showcase dental tools, materials, or digital technology via in-person visits, workshops, or events.
• Client Relationship Building: Maintain strong, trusted partnerships with dentists, hygienists, clinic managers, corporate wellness managers and procurement officers.
• Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify new business opportunities and convert competitor accounts through value-based selling.
• Account Support: Handle order processing, address product inquiries, and resolve customer service issues swiftly.
• Market Reporting: Log daily sales calls, visits, manage pipelines, and update forecasting data.

Job Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Dentistry, or a healthcare-related discipline.
• Experience: 2 to 5 years of proven sales experience, preferably within medical devices, pharmaceuticals or the dental industry.

• Skills

  Fluent in English and Chinese (required to liaise regularly with regional teams and Chinese stakeholders). Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, plus a basic understanding of clinical workflows and dental terminology.
• Attributes: Self-driven, highly resilient against setbacks, flexible and comfortable working independently on the field.
