Network Engineer

Network Engineer – Singapore

Employment term: 12-month renewable contract

Monthly salary: SGD 7,000–8,000, depending on experience

Millennium Technology Services is hiring a Network Engineer to support enterprise network operations for a global semiconductor organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support LAN, WAN, wireless and network security infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot connectivity, routing, switching and network performance issues.
• Configure and maintain network devices, including routers, switches and firewalls.
• Support network implementation, upgrades and approved changes.
• Monitor network availability and respond to incidents within agreed service levels.
• Coordinate with internal IT teams, vendors and service providers to resolve technical issues.
• Maintain network diagrams, configuration records and operational documentation.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of hands-on enterprise networking experience.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching and network troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting enterprise routers, switches, firewalls and wireless networks.
• Familiarity with incident management and change management processes.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• CCNA certification or equivalent practical experience; CCNP would be an advantage.
