Process Engineer (PCBA/Semicon Industry)

Our Client is Semicon manufacturing company in the semiconductor industry, looking for a Process Engineer.

Working Days : 5 days work week (8.30am to 5.30pm)

Responsibilities

• Support PCBA NPI, board bring-up, prototype testing and validation.
• Assist with hardware troubleshooting, testing and root cause analysis.
• Support prototype builds, production ramp-up and manufacturing activities.
• Work with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Firmware and Software teams.
• Prepare test reports, validation records and engineering documentation.
• Support basic EMI/EMC/ESD testing and issue identification.

Required Experience/

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical, Electronics Engineering or related field.
• Basic knowledge of electronics and PCBA.
• Familiar with test equipment such as oscilloscope and multimeter is an advantage.
• CAD/EDA tool experience is a plus.
• Good analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to learn and work hands-on in a team environment.
