Job Summary

Support daily operations and customer service in a building products company by managing deliveries, documentation, stock control, and customer accounts to drive business growth and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Assist the team in executing daily operational tasks to ensure smooth workflow
• Coordinate and arrange daily deliveries to meet customer schedules
• Perform accurate data entry and manage documentation to support operational needs
• Sort and respond to emails promptly to maintain effective communication
• Answer phone calls professionally to address inquiries and provide support
• Issue stock to authorized recipients while maintaining inventory accuracy
• Conduct regular stock takes to verify inventory levels and identify discrepancies
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization to ensure a safe working environment
• Build and sustain strong customer relationships to enhance client satisfaction
• Provide technical consultative services to help customers understand product features and meet their needs
• Supervise and monitor enquiries, quotations, and related documentation to ensure timely processing
• Enforce prompt submission of quotations and organize all documents efficiently
• Review and control supplier quotations for purchased items to ensure cost-effectiveness
• Verify purchase orders and internal approvals before final authorization

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
• Experience in construction industry will be an advantage.
• Good communication & coordination skills
• Willing to learn and take initiative in a fast-paced environment

Other Information

Working Days: Monday - Friday (8.30AM - 5.30PM)

Alternate Saturday (8.30AM - 12.30PM)
