Project Manager

ROLE: Project Manager

Drive product success by bringing the product to users

· Partner with product manager and designers to conduct user Interviews.

· Partner with product manager to run sprint plannings, scrums, retrospectives.

· Track and manage development pace to ensure timely delivery.

· Conduct and support thorough systems, users, and security tests pre-release.

· Run user education campaigns to drive product adoption post-release.

· Provide product support and work with product/engineering to identify and fix

bugs.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS NEEDED

· Experience in building digital products.

· Proven track record of delivering effective products with limited resources.

· End to end experience working with product team to build products.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills, including documentation, minute

taking and technical writing.

· Highly meticulous and tenacious, follows up with things to closure.

· Ability to work effectively and independently under pressure and prioritize

effectively to meet tight deadlines.

· Certifications like Scrum Master, Product Owner, Business Analysis Professional

are a plus.

· Computer science, product management related degrees or diplomas are a plus.

· Experience with platforms like Confluence, JIRA, Balsamiq are a plus.
