Oversee the overall management and daily operations of a mixed-use development.

Lead property maintenance, facilities management, repairs, upgrading and asset improvement works.

Manage budgets, maintenance charges, sinking funds and overall financial performance.

Liaise with owners, tenants, Management Corporation, government authorities, consultants, contractors and other stakeholders.

Manage vendors, contracts and procurement to ensure quality and cost effectiveness.

Ensure compliance with BMSMA, statutory requirements, safety regulations and other applicable laws.

Lead, manage and develop the property management team.

Drive operational improvements and work with stakeholders to implement necessary changes.
