Python Developer (Testing/Automation) (JD#11371)

Job Summary

We are seeking a Test Analyst/Python Developer with 3–5 years of experience in Python, UAT testing, and Loan Origination systems.

Mandatory Skill-set

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field;
• 3–5+ years of experience in Python development and Loan Origination UAT testing;
• Hands-on experience with parameter setup and workflow validation;
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills;
• Able to manage multiple tasks independently in a fast-paced environment;
• Proficient in Python and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Desired Skill-set

• Experience with FICO Blaze Advisor or AccelQ is an added advantage;
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; Chinese and/or Cantonese proficiency will be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Loan Origination System projects, focusing on credit rule configuration and test pool preparation;
• Support UAT activities, including credit rule configuration and testing queries;
• Configure and maintain the in-house batch testing tool;
• Coordinate with IT teams and stakeholders for timely project delivery;
• Track and manage UAT defects and coordinate their resolution.
