Recruitment Consultant (Tech Recruitment | On-Site Project)

We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our on-site recruitment project team supporting a client in Changi Business Park. This role is ideal for someone with at least 1 year of recruitment experience in Technology industry, who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable managing multiple vacancies at the same time.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage sourcing activities for assigned technology positions through various recruitment channels.
• Review and identify suitable candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and interviews.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• Work closely with the TA/HRBP Lead to support recruitment requirements and hiring timelines.
• Post and manage job advertisements.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment updates.
• Meet monthly sourcing and recruitment KPIs.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of technology recruitment experience is preferred.
• Good sourcing and candidate screening skills.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently while collaborating closely with the TA team.
• CEI certification is an advantage.

What We Offer

• Salary of SGD 3,000 – SGD 3,500 per month, depending on experience.
