Sales and Marketing Executive

Eversafe Academy is an education and training organisation committed to delivering practical learning and professional development opportunities in workplace safety, compliance and related areas.

We are seeking a Sales and Marketing Executive to support the planning and delivery of marketing activities, client engagement, business development and course-related coordination. The successful candidate will work closely with the Marketing Manager and internal course teams to strengthen customer engagement and support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Marketing Manager in planning and implementing marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Assist with content development, including social-media posts, email communications, website content, articles, photographs and short-form videos.
• Maintain and monitor the company’s social-media channels, including LinkedIn, Facebook and other relevant platforms.
• Research potential corporate clients and maintain an organised record of leads, contacts, follow-ups and outcomes.
• Contact prospective clients through appropriate channels and arrange meetings or discussions with corporate customers.
• Support the preparation of client presentations, marketing materials, proposals and campaign updates.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, partners and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate the distribution of marketing materials through approved channels.
• Support the planning and execution of conferences, seminars, receptions, exhibitions and other promotional activities.
• Attend client meetings and approved external events when required.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and prospect information in accordance with the company’s data-protection procedures.
• Work towards agreed individual and team objectives relating to lead generation, client engagement, campaign delivery and business development.
• Support course managers with class-confirmation activities and routine course-related enquiries.
• Gather feedback from customers, learners and internal stakeholders through surveys or other approved methods.
• Prepare basic activity updates and highlight follow-up actions, issues and opportunities to the reporting manager.
• Perform other related duties that are reasonably connected with the role and appropriate to the employee’s skills and experience.

Essential requirements

• Diploma or degree in marketing, business, communications, customer experience, sales or a related discipline; or an equivalent combination of relevant education and practical experience.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate professionally with customers, clients and colleagues.
• Ability to write clear and accurate business communications.
• Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to use common digital and social-media platforms for business purposes.
• Good organisation and follow-up skills, with attention to accuracy when maintaining records.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise work and meet agreed deadlines.
• Willingness to learn about Eversafe Academy’s courses, customers and business-development activities.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues.

Advantageous experience

• Experience in sales, marketing, business development, customer service or client engagement.
• Experience creating content for websites, social-media platforms, email campaigns or other digital channels.
• Experience using a customer relationship management system, marketing platform or contact database.
• Experience coordinating events, exhibitions, seminars or corporate meetings.
• Experience in education, training, workplace safety, professional services or a related sector.
