Job Summary

Support the Service Sales team by analyzing sales and operations data, maintaining performance dashboards, and delivering actionable business insights to drive informed sales decisions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze service sales and operations data to identify trends, gaps, and actionable insights that improve sales performance
• Maintain and track sales and operations dashboards, KPIs, and regular reports to ensure up-to-date performance monitoring
• Support sales performance reviews and conduct ad-hoc business analyses to inform strategic decisions
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reports to maintain reliable information for stakeholders
• Translate complex data into clear, meaningful insights to support sales decisions and actions
• Communicate findings effectively to the Service Sales team and relevant stakeholders to drive alignment and action

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel at intermediate or advanced levels to perform detailed data analysis
• Meticulous and organized with the ability to work confidently with numbers and large datasets
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills applied to business data contexts
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills to present insights clearly
• Knowledge or experience with SAP systems is advantageous
• Exposure to finance, economics, business, or data analytics is beneficial
• Fresh graduates and candidates with relevant working experience are welcome

Note: Shortlisted candidates may be given a brief practical exercise to analyse a dataset and present key insights and recommendations
