SALES EXECUTIVE

Job Description

• Prepare quotation, sales orders and related sales documents
• Process customer orders and monitor order status
• Liaise with customer on enquiries, deliveries and order requirements
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfilment
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records
• Assist in preparing sales reports and related documentation
• Support the sales team in achieving departmental objectives.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Experience & Requirements

• Minium Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
• 3+ years in sales experince in steel industry.
• Familiar with steel market in Vietnam.
• The candidate should have a strong network of suppliers, vendors, and customers in the Vietnam market.

Skills

• Proficient in spoken and written English and Teing Viet - to handle Vietnamese market / customers /suppliers.
• Good product knowledge in steel products.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel & MS Office
• Knowledge of ERP/CRM Systems or similar systems
• Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills
• Strong Problem-Solving Skills
• Effective Time Management & Multitasking
• Strong Attention to Detail
• Teamwork & Collaboration
