SALES MANAGER

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales and revenue targets.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and expand the company's customer base.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Understand customers' requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and sales agreements for customers.
• Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and commercial conditions with customers.

Job Requirements

• Diploma, Degree, or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in sales, business development, account management, or a similar position.
• Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial sales role will be an advantage.
• Strong sales, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Good customer relationship management and business development abilities.
• Able to identify business opportunities and develop new customer accounts.
• Target-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
