• Manage the end-to-end order-to-cash process and process customer orders in SAP.
• Provide sales support to assigned markets and coordinate shipping documentation.
• Handle customer enquiries, complaints and sample requests.
• Support trade compliance documentation and customer profile maintenance.
• Liaise with internal teams on credit, logistics and order fulfilment matters.
