Job Description & Requirements

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in Corporate Banking, Trade & Supplier Financing, Corporate Payments, and Digital Channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications & JIRA stories.
  • Design and optimize user journeys and digital customer experiences for corporate banking platforms.
  • Strong understanding of Trade Finance – LC, Collections, Bank Guarantees/SBLC, Invoice Financing, Factoring & Supply Chain Finance.
  • Work across Domestic & Cross-Border Payments and corporate banking channels.
  • Define To-Be processes, conduct impact assessments and support solution/design teams.
  • Manage corporate channel entitlements, RBAC, user access and authorization frameworks.
  • Support test scenario creation, clarify test findings, manage change requests and assist with UAT.
  • Collaborate with product, technology and business teams in an Agile environment.

Key Requirements

  • 8–10 years of Business Analysis experience in Trade & Supplier Financing.
  • 5+ years of Corporate Payments Business Analysis experience.
  • 5+ years working with Digital Channels / Corporate Banking platforms.
  • Strong expertise in entitlement management, RBAC, roles, permissions and authorization.
  • Strong JIRA, Agile and requirements management experience.
  • Excellent analytical, stakeholder management and presentation skills.
  • Ability to challenge requirements, identify risks and propose practical alternative solutions.
