Senior Legal Counsel (Private Equity)

We are partnering with a prominent investment management holding company to expand their legal team. They are looking for an ambitious Legal Counsel (4-5 years PQE) to join their alternative investments group and focus on global private equity and mergers & acquisitions transactions.

The Role & Scope

• Drive transactional legal work across private equity and private credit platforms globally.
• Handle key Singapore regulatory and corporate requirements (such as the Securities & Futures Act and Companies Act).
• Collaborate closely with investment, finance, and operations teams in a fast-paced, lean environment.

Key Requirements

• Law degree with 4-5 PQE transactional experience, ideally gained at a leading law firm or in-house within the financial services sector.
• Strong background in managing mergers & acquisitions transactions.
• Proactive, analytical problem-solver with meticulous attention to detail and strong multi-workstream management skills.
