SENIOR OPERATION MANAGER

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic & Process Management:Design, implement, and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) to boost productivity and workflow efficiency.Lead continuous improvement initiatives, root-cause analysis for operational failures, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Team & People Leadership:Manage and mentor teams (frequently supervising other operations managers, supervisors, or specialist teams).Set performance goals, approve rosters or resource allocations, and conduct regular performance reviews.
• Budget & Financial Oversight:Own and manage unit or departmental budgets, cost projections, and operational expenditures (Opex).Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report financial or operational metrics to senior leadership
• Stakeholder & Vendor Relations:Coordinate across internal departments (e.g., finance, HR, sales, compliance) and manage external vendor or service provider contracts.Ensure adherence to local regulatory frameworks, governance policies, and industry safety standards.
