SharePoint & Power Platform Developer

We are looking for a hands-on SharePoint & Power Platform Developer with 2–5 years of experience in SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and Power Platform technologies. You will support SharePoint migration projects, develop Power Apps and Power Automate solutions, and help modernize digital workplace capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support migration of sites, content, permissions, and workflows from legacy platforms to SharePoint Online.
• Use migration tools such as ShareGate and Microsoft Migration Manager.
• Configure and maintain SharePoint Online sites, libraries, lists, metadata, and permissions.
• Develop and enhance Power Apps and Power Automate solutions.
• Support SPFx, JavaScript, and TypeScript-based SharePoint customizations.
• Troubleshoot migration, workflow, access, and application issues.
• Prepare technical documentation, test scripts, and user guides.
• Work directly with users for validation, testing, and post-migration support.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2–5 years of experience with SharePoint, Microsoft 365, or Power Platform.
• Hands-on experience with SharePoint Online administration and migration activities.
• Experience with Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Knowledge of JavaScript or TypeScript; exposure to SPFx, React, Microsoft Graph, or REST APIs is advantageous.
• Familiarity with ShareGate, Microsoft Migration Manager, or similar migration tools.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SharePoint 2013, SharePoint Server, or legacy collaboration platforms.
• Exposure to migration cutovers, UAT, and post-migration support.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Lists, Forms, Dataverse, Power BI, or Microsoft 365 Copilot.
• Experience in government, regulated, or security-conscious environments.
