Solar PV Engineer (Design & QS) $4K - $5K + VB up to 2 months (Central Area)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop initial PV module layouts for new solar projects
• Interpret civil and structural documents to support design
• Propose electrical modifications for grid tie-in
• Select and size PV modules, inverters, cables and trunking, backed by technical analysis, performance and glare simulations
• Prepare PVsyst simulation reports as required
• Produce SLD drawings and finalize electrical designs and construction documents
• Review existing drawings and survey site conditions to improve PV performance
• Prepare material RFQ lists and cost calculations for electrical tenders and confirmed projects

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years' QS experience on Electrical and Solar PV Construction projects in Singapore
• Able to work independently
• Familiarity with tender platforms such as GeBIZ
• Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD
• Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
