We are growing our regional business and looking for someone who wants to build, solve and make things happen with us.

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Solutions & Implementation Consultant to design and deliver solutions for our growing customer base.

You will work with customers and technology partners to understand requirements, develop practical solutions and drive projects from requirements through implementation, UAT and deployment.

This is a high-ownership role in a growing company. There is no step-by-step playbook—you will need to figure things out, take initiative and keep things moving.

What You'll Do

- Understand customer requirements and translate them into practical solutions.

- Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for automation and improvement.

- Develop solution designs, workflows and implementation plans.

- Coordinate with customers, technology partners and technical teams.

- Drive implementation, UAT, issue resolution and deployment.

- Manage project scope, timelines and deliverables.

- Document solutions and improve our implementation practices.

What We're Looking For

- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in solution implementation, business systems, technology projects or a related field.

- Preferred: hands-on experience with ERP / Business Applications and/or Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) / OCR.

- Exposure to cloud-based solutions is an advantage.

- Experience working with customers or business stakeholders.

- Comfortable taking a project through testing, UAT and deployment.

- Strong problem-solving ability and good communication skills.

- Proactive, resourceful and willing to take ownership without needing constant direction.

- Adaptable, curious and willing to learn.
