Talent Acquisition Executive

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for high-volume hiring across Cleaning and M&E operations.
• Source suitable candidates through job portals, social media platforms, referrals, career fairs, and walk-in interviews.
• Conduct resume screening, phone interviews, and candidate assessments to evaluate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews and liaise closely with hiring managers on recruitment requirements.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates to support ongoing and urgent hiring needs.
• Organize and participate in recruitment drives, job fairs, and community outreach programmes.
• Prepare and extend employment offers, including salary proposals and onboarding arrangements.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure timely updates within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Monitor recruitment progress and provide regular hiring reports to stakeholders.
• Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing activities.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Other recruitment-related and ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
• At least 2 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience, preferably in mass hiring.
• Experience recruiting for Cleaning, Facilities Management, Engineering, or M&E positions will be an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment channels, sourcing techniques, and interview processes.
• Possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple vacancies concurrently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Resourceful, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet recruitment timelines and targets.
