Technical Sales Manager – Flooring Systems

Salary: $6,000 – $7,000

Location: North, Singapore

We are looking for an experienced Technical Sales Manager to drive sales growth and business development for Flooring Systems in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Develop new customers, projects and business opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with contractors, developers, consultants, applicators, distributors and key decision-makers.
• Provide technical solutions, product demonstrations and recommendations to customers.
• Manage key accounts, projects, distributors and sales channels.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales and profitability targets.
• Lead, coach and develop the sales team.
• Manage sales targets, pipeline and team performance.
• Work closely with internal technical, marketing and operations teams.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Construction, Building Materials, Business or related discipline.
• Relevant experience in technical sales, flooring systems, construction chemicals, building materials or related industries.
• Good knowledge of the Singapore construction industry.
• Proven track record in sales, business development and key account management.
• Strong leadership, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Commercially driven with good problem-solving skills.
