Transport Supervisor cum Driver

Job Description

- Execute and coordinate daily transport operations,ensuring goods are delivered securely and strictly on schedule

- Safely operate company vehicles (e.g., vans, lorries)across Singapore, adhering fully to all Land Transport Authority (LTA) andtraffic rules.

- Plan daily delivery routes and dispatch schedules formaximum efficiency and optimal time management.

- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of companyvehicles to verify roadworthiness, maintain cleanliness, and track fuel ormileage logs.

- Manage vehicle upkeep by scheduling routine maintenanceand promptly reporting any mechanical defects or incidents to management.

- Oversee loading and unloading operations, stepping into assist physically when necessary to ensure items are safely secured.

- Willing to help with general duties after delivery andperform in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure

Requirements

-Must possess Singapore class 4 driving licence to drive heavy vehicles

-Must have lorry crane licence to operate lorry crane

-Must be physically fit to be able to with stand physical nature of the job

-Must be willing to work in non-aircon and physically strenuous environment

-Must be willing to accept flexible working hours due to the nature of business

-Strongknowledge of Singapore roads, commercial building delivery zones, and majorindustrial hubs.

-Goodverbal and written communication skills to deliver clear updates to theoperations team or external clients.

-Must have initiative, hardworking, and willing to learn with positive attitude

- Anyother additional and general duties tasks as assigned
